What are the return costs?

Where is my refund?
Your refund will always be issued back to your original payment method. Once we receive and process your return in our warehouse.
Typically this can take up to 7 working days for the refunded amount to be available back to your original payment method, but can vary depending on your bank. You can generally expect to receive your refund within 8 working days after you hand your parcel to the carrier or a drop-off location
