Refund policy

We accept returns exclusively for purchases made through our online store. Returns for in-store purchases must be handled at the original store location. Online returns Must be shipped back (online purchases WILL NOT be accepted if brought into our stores) Please read below for details.  

Any item(s) stating that “All sales final”, candy and release date specific items are non-refundable  

How to Return an Item

If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team at support@antetokounbros.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Returns are only accepted for refunds — we do not offer exchanges.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • You may try on items (excluding underwear and face masks) to check the fit, but they must remain in original condition.

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or deterioration (unless due to a production defect) will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

Return Costs

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our mistake, in which case we will cover the return costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.

  • You can generally expect to receive your refund within 8 working days after handing the parcel to the carrier.

  • Processing times may be longer during sales or high-demand periods.

  • NO REFUNDS ON LAUNCH DAY FOOTWEAR
  • NO REFUNDS ON CANDY
