Shipping Options & Costs

• We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 within the USA.

• For orders under $99, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

• Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

• Shipping times may vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Additional Notes

• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier service disruptions, weather conditions, or other external factors.

• If multiple orders are placed within the same day, orders may be combined to be more economical.

We accept returns exclusively for purchases made through our online store. Returns for in-store purchases must be handled at the original store location. Online returns MUST be shipped back (online purchases WILL NOT be accepted if brought into our stores) Please read below for details. 

How to Return an Item

If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team at support@antetokounbros.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Returns are only accepted for refunds — we do not offer exchanges.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.

• You may try on items (excluding underwear and face masks) to check the fit, but they must remain in original condition.

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or deterioration (unless due to a production defect) will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

Return Costs

• Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our mistake, in which case we will cover the return costs.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.

• You can generally expect to receive your refund within 8 working days after handing the parcel to the carrier.

• Processing times may be longer during sales or high-demand periods.
